Am I suitable for treatment?
Almost everyone can be treated. Apart from very dark skinned or tanned individuals. Pregnant women or people taking Acne treatment such as Roaccutane should not be treated.

How does the treatment feel?
The light energy is absorbed by the skin and heats it up, creating a sharp pinprick sensation. The skin is cooled during the procedure

What should I expect after the treatment?
Redness and a slight warming sensation are normal after treatment. Further cooling may be necessary to easy the symptoms. We recommend that you use sunscrean post treatment.

Is it safe?
The treated area can become quite red after treatment but usually disappears within a couple of hours. Most client experience no side effects. Very rarely the skin may become lighter or darker or a small blister may form.

How long does each treatment take?
A typical treatment may last about 45 minutes.

How often is the treatment required?
It is likely you will need to come for occasional maintenance treatments to control the likelihood of future outbreaks.
